The addition included new master bedroom, ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet with west-facing balcony. Upstairs is also a new family bathroom and reconfigured bedrooms incorporating dormers to maximise the views out to the rear of the property. Downstairs, the layout was also changed to maximise views from the kitchen and living room and introduce dedicated utility, plant and office space.
