A first floor extension built on a tight £40k budget to a Victorian terrace in the Berw Road Conservation Area of Pontypridd. The extension is constructed from timber frame over an existing ground floor kitchen, providing a new primary bedroom and ensuite, finished in lime render, local stock brick and contemporary timber cladding. The project demonstrates how alot can be achieved within a small space, heavy constraints and tight budget.
